How to Apply

Application Instructions

1 Mixing

  • Open component A drum, stir about 1 minute by hand stirrer to make it even
  • Shake component B, adding to component A while stirring A continuously
  • Mix up and down for 2-3 minutes to make it uniform color

2 Pouring

  • Pour immediately after mixing thoroughly
  • Pour the liquid against one spot into gap between cone body and liner to empty the air in cavity
  • May use iron sheet, paper, or clay as pouring cofferdam until gap is filled
  • For 10kg pack of material, finish mixing and pouring within 10 minutes

Important Notices

  • Do not pour the un-thoroughly mixed liquid into cavity
  • Working time is longer at low temperature. High viscosity is difficult to mix even and pouring. Recommend to place material at 25°C for 24h before using
  • Heat liner and cone body to 10-25°C when pouring in cold conditions
  • Use each package separately as per application rhythm
