Crusher Backing
Crusher Backing Compound: Epoxy Resin for Cone and Gyratory Liners
100% solid epoxy compound for backing wear plates in cone crushers and gyratory crushers. Eliminates gaps between liners, absorbs vibration, and extends wear part service life.
Where to Use ATF Maxtor Backing
Our crusher backing compound is engineered for critical applications where proper liner support is essential for optimal crusher performance and extended wear life.
Cone Crushers
For PY cone crushers of domestic brands and imported crushers such as Nordberg, Sandvik, etc.
Gyratory Crushers
Potting and filling between liner and cone body for optimal performance.
Equipment Leveling
For leveling of equipment base installation.

Epoxy Toughening
Good structural adhesion with excellent impact and fatigue resistance through advanced epoxy toughening modification.
Proper Viscosity
Easy mixing with good liquidity and filling effect. Less waste from leakage and minimal influence of low temperature on viscosity.
Optimal Gel Time
Longer working time for easy mixing and potting, then faster gel and curing speed to shorten downtime. Good curing at low temperatures.
Application Instructions
1 Mixing
- Open component A drum, stir about 1 minute by hand stirrer to make it even
- Shake component B, adding to component A while stirring A continuously
- Mix up and down for 2-3 minutes to make it uniform color
2 Pouring
- Pour immediately after mixing thoroughly
- Pour the liquid against one spot into gap between cone body and liner to empty the air in cavity
- May use iron sheet, paper, or clay as pouring cofferdam until gap is filled
- For 10kg pack of material, finish mixing and pouring within 10 minutes
Important Notices
- Do not pour the un-thoroughly mixed liquid into cavity
- Working time is longer at low temperature. High viscosity is difficult to mix even and pouring. Recommend to place material at 25°C for 24h before using
- Heat liner and cone body to 10-25°C when pouring in cold conditions
- Use each package separately as per application rhythm
